Formerly, Susan Kornblatt was the Project Director of On Lok's Geriatric Interdisciplinary Team Training (GITT) Program providing education and training to students, residents and professional trainees at On Lok's health care sites. This included working with numerous academic institutions and practitioners in geriatric team care. Prior to her work at On Lok, Susan Kornblatt was at the Academic Geriatric Resource Center at the University of California, San Francisco.
