CCGG For Students


Students in the fields of gerontology and geriatrics will find CCGG a powerful ally in finding jobs and learning about the aging field. Professional Associations

Gerontology and geriatrics are multidisciplinary fields and as your expertise in aging can spill over into a variety of professional fields. Some of the professional organizations which recognize the field of aging as being important to the practice of their profession include:

  • American Society on Aging (ASA): One of the largest organizations of multidisciplinary professionals in the field of aging. Resources, publications, and educational opportunities are geared to enhance the knowledge and skills of people working with older adults and their families.
